Has anyone used the Panasonic LX100? I need a nice camera whilst I do a bit of travelling.

After seeing Marcom's photo's above I went and played with my camera's double exposure mode. Good fun!

If you already have a DSLR you can get cheap interval timers for them. I got this for my Nikon for instance http://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B00C1Y01T8/ref=pe_385721_37038051_TE_dp_1
You can get lots of "trail" cameras that do long time lapse. Suspect they'd be a bit crap at the cheap end of the market though.

Hi guys, have any of you got straps from this guy? http://stores.ebay.co.uk/Cord-Weaver?_trksid=p2047675.l2563
He just made me 3 straps for my smaller cameras (type 1 para cord is the material), I've got a standard one for the big camera too and I think it's pretty much perfect and he's very reasonable. The 3 straps pictured were £18 in total which I thought was great value.

That's a nice picture of your "smaller cameras", and the straps look good!

To be fair I only have one big camera and even that one isn't too big. Camera's are addictive! Especially cheap film ones.

To be fair I'm personally not a fan of any straps, they annoy me.
The only one I use occasionally is one an old photographer gave me - he said it's a Zeiss strap, but I have never found any info about them. It's just a simple strap really, just alright for a SLR, but with a really nifty claft -

I made a strap out of paracord for my dslr, it took like 8 hours and I've only taken the camera out once since I finished it, 1/10 not recommended

Looks lovely though :)

The paracord wrist loop things look quite good imho. I'm too cackhanded to carry a camera without a strap, as a couple of lens repairs will attest.

Nice pictures. How did you get them? They don't look as if you took them from a plane?

Definitely the best thing I've read on the forum this week.

ninja edit?
Not sure what you mean. Will was complaining about me using the 'reply' function, not the content of the post. I didn't ninja anything.
