Depends on what stage you're at, I guess.
I found the later segments, such as those on energy management, the psychology of riding, under rotation versus over rotation, etc, very useful.
Out of many of the skills development videos I've seen Richard Kelly is one of the few who emphasise the psychological skillset as the main foundation of the physical. I found the series excellent.
when is this from, 1996?!?
I haven't seen anything as basic as this in years!
