HackerNews is written in ARC Lisp: https://github.com/arclanguage/anarki/
They had real issues with a lot of their caching and object dependencies, but have managed to tune the hell out of it with a lot of flat file caches.

Now I don't Lisp or Scheme or Clojure, but did anyone ever write a forum in some kind of Lisp?
