  • What shape tupperware?

    Just checking

  • oval, obvs (with rounded corners)

  • feeling ill, the lurgy has been passed onto me.
I see soup in my future..

  • This is sort of what I do. (Come Dine With Me pls)

But the Arancini thing is a great idea, ta @eyebrows - as is the @bashthebox burger idea.

Using usualy arborio but sometimes carnaroli.

Interesting about finishing with cheese only on what you use - hadn't considered the effect that would have, thanks @giofox88

Will report back (after I finish off the mountain of smoked salmon I was given today)

  • Take chicken breast, fillet as thin as you can without cutting yourself. Use a meat hammer to flatten furthermore. Lay a prosciutto slice on a chopping board, then a chicken fillet on top, add a layer of cooked chopped spinach, then cheese (your choice but not too runny when melted). Roll on itself, possibly starting from the smaller end if the fillet is not even. Seal with a toothpick. Repeat.

Roast evenly in a pan with olive oil and plenty of sage leaves.

Quick, cheap, tasty! (Poor picture again, was too hungry)

  • Pumpkin chocolate chip cookies - tested recipes.

    Anyone?

    Halloween is coming

  • Those butternut squash muffins are good (also quick and easy); I make a cream cheese icing. You could probably substitute pumpkin or other squash.

  • things that should be making an appearance alongside my roast dinner covered in gravy masquerading as puddings:
    >>>>>

  • pumpkin spiced latte - avoid at all costs

  • I can't see the chocolate chips adding anything much.

  • Pumpkin pie in a pastry case?

  • Sounds good tell me about them....

  • How does that relate to chocolate chip pumpkin cookies?

  • Last night experiment:

Red wine beef stew baked inside a pumpkin. Nice presentation and good contrast of flavour. Only problem is the pumpkin sweetness was too overpowering towards the end.
