Which means whatever you're experiencing is not going to be fixed... it works.

This was a fresh install of Windows and Chrome.

Maybe it's something Windows related, in which case why not upgrade to the latest version? Isn't Windows 10 free?

It is likely to be system related as it work perfectly well in other system, the computer is an Alienware.

I'd love to upgrade Windows 10, but I rather wait as last I did it, it's not quite right and cause some issues, so at some point I'm gonna clone everything then upgrade to 10.

I love how you hold back the critical information until after it's been investigated.

Yes, it's system related if it works everywhere except that one machine.
