Well it was going to happen sooner or later. My Halo Track hub (after 5 1/2 years of faithful service), has thrown in the towel and let its cog thread strip away to nothing. I'm now looking to replace it with a suitable successor, but with it being on my daily commuter bike, I wonder if it's worth shelling out on the Phil/Paul/etc. high-end stuff, or stick with the Halo end of the market (the Fix-G http://www.halowheels.com/products/part/HUHATV2W coming to mind here).
Have used the search, but with new products coming onto the market all the time, I wonder what everyone's suggestions are?
