They're often not that much more than the bottle itself if it's one of those fancy Spesh ones, and I think it's just a way of owning a bit of an expensive brand - the same way perfume is a way of owning something made by Chanel.
Don't see the harm really. Having said that, at £3, these are pretty unbeatable:
