Speaking from personal experience, these are extremely nice frames (albeit with a shoddy paint job from new).
I have an SL 989, so this must be slightly better being SLX and with a Cinelli BB (which mine doesn't have). It rides beautifully and is relatively light. You may also find it is fully chromed under the paintwork (I can see the chrome on the BB on your photos where the paint has chipped)
With a repaint, it will be a great frame to keep for a long time.

I have one of these, in a similar size and with the same bottom bracket shell and SLX marking, although no Columbus sticker. Mine has a more traditional lugged fork crown though.
What does it say on the NDS of the top tube? Is it a name?
I enjoy riding mine, although I don't have much experience of riding other reasonably high end steel frames.

Why do you say 'it is not SLX'?
Mine is an SL frame (purchased new, with SL decals) and it is stamped SL on the bottom bracket.
Yours has a better bottom bracket and it is stamped SLX, so why would it not be SLX?
