    If it's gritty or the lock-out is dead or if it doesn't hold air (the valve is on the underside of the crown) it will need TLC. TF tuned are the UK people but they won't touch stuff pre 2006.

    I was in a 'Dale retailers yesterday, Gent said to bring and he will send to NL distributors who will apraise it technically then give me a quote to repair, said it should not be expensive

  • Are you in NL? If not, I'd hit Craig up in the US. Although I can see the attraction of posting something to Europe rather than the US, I'd be surprised if the NL distro didn't simply look at it, say "gosh, that's old", and send it back to you. I don't know for certain, but I suspect the pre 2006 thing is not TF's choice.
