did not know that Shimano did an Alfine dynamo hub, here it is from Rose bikes for £47

£30 on SJS, only 1.5w but should be fine for LED lights (ie comutting).

I use an Alfine Dynamo on my cargo bike.

It's plenty powerful enough, powers two b&m lumotech front lights and a rear light no problem.

I just put a shutterprecision hub on my commuter/mtb with a b&m iq2 light, usb charging is awesome!
