Indeed. Getting my position more aero will be most important, and making sure I can spend 6+ hours in it.
Based on what I've done already using tri-bars should take me from a 27kph average (riding on the hoods) to 32kph for the same power (roughly 65% FTP by then hopefully). That takes an hour off the cycle leg (6.5 hours down to 5.5 hours) and shouldn't screw me up.
