Hey Ed, I had a bike fit. Went to see Scherrit which was how I found out I needed the saddle so far forward.
I briefly built up a Precursa but the front was way too low and there's a ridiculous amount of seatpost on show.
What I would recommend is to make sure the saddle is set where you like it according to the measurement Scherrit gave you.
If it's fine with the 72.5 angle, then least you can able to look for frames that's between 74 to 72.5.
Yeah but aesthetically and comfort-wise I'd rather a steeper seat tube than be straining at the absolute limit of the seatpost/saddle combo to fit onto it.
