  • Huh, that's weird, the Genesis geo chart I just looked at had a 190cm headtube for 60cm.

    And yes, short thigh long calves and big feet, it seems. It's not right on the max, but it's not far off. My fixed gear has a 72.5 deg seat tube and that's beyond the max, as far forward as it'll go. Wouldn't want to do that on purpose with any future bike, I'd rather just get one with correct geo.

    Is that where it's a perfect position for you or do you think you benefit from the saddle set further forward?

  • I think that's just about perfect position, but maybe a little further forward would be better, hard to tell as I've not been able to do it, obviously.

    I have been thinking about selling my fixed because of this, but there's not much out there instead of it, again because of seat tube angle and frame size...
