i don't know what that means. is that a thing?
It's a thing, but not when you're stationary. Generally you'd say it if you've ridden up to a rider who's going along and you're wanting to take a rest behind them. If they're blocking a box with a trackstand... i dunno, push em over or something.
Then stand on their wheel.
