Do you have any recommendations? Might as well get a decent one if it's gonna save parts getting done in.

My preference is the park tool one which is very expensive (but last longer).
The Lifeline one look pretty decent, word of advice is to make sure you unscrew it every time you finish using it, otherwise it'll weaken the spring inside.

Always, buy a torque wrench, it's one of those tools that's worth buying.
