I'm trying to back up a hudl mk1 so I can do a full factory reset as it continues to spaz and has been trying to download an update for close to 9 months.
To me the logical way to do this is to plug it into my laptop, open it via my computer, and copy the files.
However, every time I try and do this it Calculates the time required to copy the files and then it says it can't copy them and ejects the hudl without telling me.
Any ideas?
I'm now trying to think what actually needs backing up. But as it's not mine I would sooner back up everything.
