If you scroll down there's some of the internal structure before the ply went on.
We used 4" x 2" for the timber frame, with 600mm centers, and clad it with 18mm ply, wisa is great stuff but if you want to save money there are other plywoods that do just as well. We used fairly cheap malaysian stuff, which saved us a few grand on materials (we used over 1000 sheets so the price difference per sheet really added up) but also meant we had a bit more sanding to do.
How big is your planned wall? What will it be fixed to? Your header and footer are the most important fixings. We chemfixed everything at 800mm intervals into the concrete of the structure.
