i was just interested in rim width, building a new wheel will cost too much. I just ordered a pair of these 700c wheels, their rims have 25.8mm width. £39 a pair bringing the total to £253.4.

Rear Spindle Locknut to Locknut Length: 135mm

How are you going to fit those in that frame? Its more than likely going to be 120mm at the back. Or are you sabotaging the wheels for the rims?

I had a chat with seller he said there is a removable spacer, once you get rid of it, it can fit 120mm. Back up plan is to user thinner locknuts if it is not exactly 120mm.

Then I will have to cut axle.
