I'm going to propose tapering warfarin off over 2 months, continuing with blood tests, then after a month 'clean' (January) have full blood analysis, but keep the remaining pills in me back pocket, just in case.
Dr says if I'm to go off warfarin then I should just take aspirin and use the compression socks.
