how about after it's PC'd roughen up the inside of the hole a little, use car body filler, leave it smooth on the side that you see but slightly larger, to create a lip, on the inside to increase the grip. Touch it up with ral code paint to match PC. you can always remove if you, or someone else, wants a brake.
