Always amusing to see a disagreement over price between two of LFGSS's premium bike traders, each of which has 90+% of their posts in the Classifieds section, in the case of patriksz the whole 100%! Their motivation would appear to be pure profit, although it can't be denied that they attempt to sell some very nice stuff. I would like to hear about the donation each of them is about to make to the forum in return for their unpaid advertising platform. Lest we forget, patriksz's first ever post was an attempt to sell a Pajti Ba rat frame for $900 US.....

That shows the power of regional marketing, the Pajti Ba would have been lucky to exceed £350 painted, in the UK, what components? It's probably just me being stupid, but what is FCI? I presume you get a percentage on what you sell and are willing to contribute some of it in return for free advertising. If you think we're lazy, look at the 'Current Projects' thread, you could even join in!

Lol, Relly paid quite much of this bike but got some unplanned purchases coming. I really havent sold that much stuff here and even took the effort of showing my rossin project here. So people do not want nice items to be for sale?

Fyi I sold ghibli for what I asked and same for previous fluidisk sales and serious buyer for this also so my prices seems to be okay? Ofcourse with this I am budging towards ebay price. And the pursuit bars can pretty much be left out of this discussion as those are only worth much for people needing bars for frame. To conclude I have sold everything pretty fast and have not needed to sell for weeks..

And now the frame looks stunning! A little way to go on the build, but that is not your problem... Perhaps you should run a frame renovation before and after for each of your sales, or offer the purchasers a choice of finishes. I guess no frame decals are available for Ba, could originals be copied? My point was that this frame is doubtless good (possibly great) but is probably only collectible and valuable in Hungary, it isn't worth much over here. Some, but not all, British frames are collectible here but are probably nearly worthless in Hungary. It doesn't make sense to me that all Italian frames appear to be collectible Worldwide, regardless of quality..... I still think a forum donation is in order!
