It would have been more amusing if you had been scrolling through the Sky channels in the 900s.
Uncle Fester on Babestation.
We might have learnt how the jockstrap got so dirty.

Uncle Fester on Babestation and you, the whole lot, learning how the jockstrap got so dirty.
Clive, you and your mates must have some kind of strange kinkiness.
I don't want imagine what you guys drink, when together seated around a table about football and maths.

Oh well, definitely not wankers.

A likely story.
@cliveo - Just so you know...My kids watch it (the American version). Don't really know why. I think they like listening to the auctioneer speaking very fast. In essence - people bid on the contents of a lock-up, with only a vague idea of what is therein, usually with a big hidden object. Using their 'skill and judgement' based on the rest of the tat, they guess what the hidden thing is and what it'll be worth at whatever boot sale they sell it on at. In JD's case a box of jockstraps.
It's very strange. -

Did not know those channels were there. You dirty old man.

On and still #sherwoodout

Thanks for that. I was ignorant of these things and think that this is another area in which, despite my thirst for understanding of popular culture, ignorance may well remain blissful.

But would you want Moyes in his place?

In the days before iPads and Netflicks, a good way to attract babysitters was to have a fully stocked Sky box. It was also worthwhile ensuring that some channels were blocked.

Dread to think who you were asking to babysit if you had to block those "high number" channels.
-
• #119666
No thanks. (though I worry it's possible).

My v. clever, much more successful wife watches it.

Looking at her choice of husband she clearly has very weird tastes.

Just had dinner with my Liverpool supporting mate. Grew up in rural Hampshire, lives near Canterbury, has indoctrinated his son into the ways of the Scouse. He's at peak expectation on the hype cycle. Was genuinely telling me they've a chance of the title this season.
I needed @Multi_Grooves on hand to knock some sense into him.

I should add that the same person was convinced that adding Robbie Keane to the squad was the final piece in the title winning jigsaw a few years ago.

The problem is the nursers … they have to come every time, they feel the urge for salvation of their daddies, and all the good work get fucked. And no one knows how it could have ended.
And they are not good enough even for a wank!

FFS fucking eng-err-laaand.
Gomez out for the season. You lot were right about all of the players being shiite:
Try that.
