^ On gumtree's french equivalent, I looked everyday at all the ads from the region I live in. I know it's tedious, but it can pay off.
But, what I suggest the most is posting a stolen ad everywhere you can, especially on forums and private cycling groups in facebook, the thief won't have access to that unless he's part of the community.
That's what I did, and yesterday a few friends and acquaintances saw it on leboncoin. I contacted the guy straight away, pretended I was very interested, so we have an appointment this pm.. with the help of the police in undercover.
Really hoping all this goes well today so that I can have my bike back asap..
