  • I liked it. Anyway, this is England is back on and I've missed it.

  • First 2 episodes of "The bastard executioner" was fun and Very bloody.

  • The Returned, which I missed first time around, is on the Chanel 4 Player thing right now. Really enjoyable. 4 episodes in. I guess the next season is due sometime soon.

  • French version?

So anyone watched Blunt Talk yet?

  • Deadwood, 2nd time around...dead good

  • Just rediscovered a thing called The Lost Room, an x-filesy sci-fi thing from 2006.
It's barmy, but it's quite good barmy. It doesn't look as if it was made on the cheap, and the (I'll reiterate) barmy premise is pretty well developed.

  • Transparent touching and well acted. The dad changing gender is the most grounded member of the family.

  • Sounds similar to Parallels, which is also worth a watch.

  • WTF is moonbeam city?

  • moonbeam city

Don't know but it looks amazing. And gets +10pts for Rob Lowe.

  • You would like 'The Grinder' then. I just watched the first one.
First impession - daft but funny
Fred Savage too. He looks just the same as ever.

  • It was pretty good but weird, child ecstacy and enforced child raves was funny.

  • Heroes reborn is alright so far, liked it last time around, at least the first few series.

  • I thought it had dropped off after the first episode, but This is England last two episodes were some of the best TV I've seen in some time. Crazily harrowing scenes, acted so naturally.

  • Just watched the latest episode of Rick and Morty. Was not expecting Werner Herzog.

  • No one expects Werner Herzog...

  • Holy fuck the new Fargo kicked off in a good way

  • The Returned...returns this Friday. Already started broadcast in France though.

  • I just started watching that. So French, beaucoup des revenants.

  • it's unrelentingly slow. i've had more fun drinking cough mixture in a laundromat.

  • Uncultured rosbif!

  • ^ ha

I've been working through the first season. Really enjoying it, but still need to finish the last two episodes.

  • Anyone else seen Detectorists? Looks like it came out last year but it's reappeared on iPlayer recently.

Just seen ep 1-3 so far but I'm really enjoying it. Mackenzie Crook writes a good comedy.

  • I started watching it and really enjoyed it. But then it became really melodramatic and less whacky/interesting and abandoned it.
