ACI also does bladed spokes, no experience though. Bladed is a bit harder to build with according to what I read, but I've never done it myself.
DT Swiss Competition, Sapim Race. Lasers are daft weight weenie spokes (which is why my hillclimb wheels are built with them).
I'm of the opinion that anything 32 spoke or above gets proper double butted spokes, anything <20f/24r gets bladed.

If anything, it's easier because you can actually see the wind up, and there's a spoke holding tool to prevent wind up happening anyway
