Changing Crankset

Got my bike saying 170mm for the crank arms, and 46T 5 bolt chainring.

What crankset do you recommend me to get in the range of £20/£30 ish, preferably in black, and I dont mind second hand if anyone's got what I need.

I have a used sturmey archer crankset its a 48T 170mm and 130 bcd was looking for £25 + £5.00 P&P or collection ealing

Would be cheaper just to gear up the rear sprocket than buy a new chainring a 48:17 rear would give you 74gi
48:18 rear would give you 70gi
