I believe that with delivery, a brand new arione, 2 x brand new bottle cages, a new garmin out front mount and a replacement stem I ended up paying a shade over a grand.
The other thing I strongly considered at that price point was the ribble r872, but a friend advised that high end aluminium was better than cheap carbon. The endurace is really lovely to ride. Pretty supple over crap road surfaces, but it's still stiff enough to be very fast.
