Out of interest, anyone know the equations needed for calculating the reduction in watts or increase in speed for change in cda. Because I don't want to work them out.

Switching to imperial units still gives power in Watts. I am disappoint. James Watt even defined the standardised Imperial Horsepower
Threshold in horsepower is pretty unimpressive number to throw around. I could understand the resistance to it's use.
