Does that absolve responsibility of cyclists passing left-indicating vehicles on the inside?
Two scenarios:
Who has created the danger there?
Presumably if you were indicating right and somebody on a bike overtook you, you would be annoyed?
A lorry ahead of me is indicating left. I continue travelling on my path as if it is not there, and get knocked off.
The driver have the responsibilities to ensure it's safe to turn.
