Fork is off an old bike with a massive headtube. i couldnt bothered to cut it given im going back to the og max fork soon. It did take up all my spare spacers tho

With 23 or 25 you will find it hard to manoeuvre on slushy, slippery roads . The least you should get is 28. I would go for 32 if my frame allows it.
