Do you know where the calibration certificate for the torque wrench you used is? Check the date of calibration, those things aren't valid for all time.

If you cracked the SS bolts there is no hope! They're a lot tougher than any of the alu bolts I've used/destroyed.
That said... the kcnc ones aren't bad.
