  • Yes, originally a geared P2C with a trashed front hanger which I modified and got resprayed. No problem with the cranks/chainrings or rear wheel, but obviously you have to space them out to 130mm rather than 120mm.

  • Thanks. May I ask, with 130mm spacing at the rear, have you been able to use the frame with a disc? If so, how?

    Sorry about all the questions. I'm trying to work out what my best fixed wheel frame option is for next year.

  • All Zipp discs have track threading on one side so slot right in without having to change anything.

  • You just need a couple of 5mm washers that you stick on the axle. I did ride a disc earlier in the year where I completely removed the axle and put a longer one + cup and cones in. It's not that much of a bodge, I can get basically any gear I want and just have a few chains. Normally 104-112" unless I'm on a fast course in which case up to 117"
