I used to hate running and to a certain extent still do. I train mostly on the treadmill in the gym at work. I tend to do about an hour each day at the moment. I'm running a half marathon on Sunday and potentially have a London marathon place with work but nothing confirmed yet. I tend to normally run 3 times a week at work then a run at the weekend preferably off road.
I cross train with calesthenics and various body weight exercises plus 3 yoga sessions per week and 2 classes called cx worx. Have really cycled for ages!!!!
