I didn't realise the privy council was 600-strong. If they ever meet, they will need one large privy.
Turns out that, although notionally is 600 people, the Privy Council is only required to gather three people to reach a quorum. So a pretty generous cubicle or a regular loo designed to be accessible to disabled people would do. And a much smaller amount of charlie needed.
