In Australialand, where it's not actually that wet, they don't use slippery as fuck steel drain covers, rather they use concrete ones or tar-covered steel ones that basically eliminate that 'wweeeeee' feeling as your back end slides out (defo euph). The Un-knitted Kingdumb of Shituns and Irelanders model their roadways after post-war Iraq.
I've had sketchy moments on drain holes on Kojak, not so much on Marathon Supreme; I thought it was down to the tread.
