I'm guessing this is the Hal Higdon plan I keep hearing about right?
I found it on FB and it's supposedly an early 19th century training plan, so yeah probably some of his earlier stuff :-)
All the basics are there- 100m + per week, some speed work, lots of protein and carbs and plenty sleep.
