Yeah that was me. Unfortunately gotta down size and too many other projects in the pipeline so this one bit the dust.
Cashing in yeah (damage deposit and agency fees), I'd have offered it on here for less had my needs not been so sorry guys.EDIT: If anyone has anywhere I can hide it from the GF for a few months let me know please. I don't particularly want to sell it
