  • Just because I don't know the history and usage. If its not too difficult or pricey, might give it a go.

  • Unless you've got money to chuck around, I'd leave it be. It shoes no obvious signs of disprepair - localised sagging/staining being the two that have affected mine after 28 years.... with the accompanying minor leaks I've recently painted it all over with Flexacryl and will get another winter out of it....
