    Hard to tell from the photo, but I'd hazard a guess that it's been used as a roof.

    It looks fine.

  • Unless you've got money to chuck around, I'd leave it be. It shoes no obvious signs of disprepair - localised sagging/staining being the two that have affected mine after 28 years.... with the accompanying minor leaks I've recently painted it all over with Flexacryl and will get another winter out of it....

  • Leave it alone. Not leaking, so leave it alone. The sealing liquids are handy when there is a problem that you can't solve otherwise leave it alone.
