Yesterday I decided to give up all pretensions of bikepacking on it - it's too good a trail bike to ruin with silly handlebars and spacer stacks under the stem... my Inbred is set up for & better suited to that sort of riding*. So the Krampus is becoming my singlespeed trail ripper, and the Inbred is getting gears again.

No Ebb though, I want to be able to do dingle-speed for winter and geared for summer. The Stooge is the only frame I've been able to find that'll do both and take true 3" rubber that has either sliders or ebb (no faffing with horizontal drop-outs for the dingle-speed) so far
