Several reasons! It is a lovely bike, I enjoyed buying and building it, but I'm not making the most of riding it for various reasons (chiefly laziness). I have three bikes, two of which (this one and a 2008 Viner Passo) are very similar sort of Audax/light tourers, plus an early 90s Klein Pinnacle and I want to consolidate them all into one more versatile and less precious tourer/adventure type bike, something like a Soma Wolverine or Surly Straggler that can handle a combination of paved and unpaved surfaces.

Lovely bike. What's the reason for selling?
