running for charity is a good option, they really appreciate it and really look after you post race, if I'm honest I think I prefer the Brighton Course, as its generally wider, straighter and nearly as well supported... the cheering recorded messages triggered by your chip were awesome as well!
Guide dogs do puppy cuddles, sandwiches and massages!
