3 lap challenge - although Brighton is re-opening for entries next week...
nothing here yet either...yet....
really looking forward to the Kingston Breakfast Run next weekend, another little step up in responsibility as I will be pacing the sub 3 marathoners for the first 18 miles, so 1.8 miles more than the spring and 8 seconds per mile faster, am doing 17 miles at 4:30 today and will do 13 miles at target pace on Sunday to get it dialled in...
All being well it should give me confidence that with specific run training I should be more than capable of my Sub3 target next spring..

Ha. 4 laps required for the marathon distance, although not quite 4 if you run round the path rather than the road.
Thanks, Brighton re-opening is useful as have family down there so no need to worry about accommodation, will try that. Otherwise I'll look to promise to raise £2k for Parkinson's UK.
Informed that there's a "Package from London Marathon" at home today, so guess that's a "No" magazine and a training top.
Might look for a charidee place or just look for a different marathon (or just run one on my own round Richmond Park).
