Aaaaaah, I see! So Londons Famous London Gold Paved Streets may account for why they've worn out quicker than expected then? Triple meh.

I'm gonna keep riding mine until the rear tyre rim makes contact with the road surface and then fall off no doubt. That'll learn 'em....
