I'd be interested to hear what Cav has to say about being effectively 'replaced' by Kittel at EQS

I think Leferve was totally opposed to Cavendish riding the track at the Olympics. That was the main issue that meant they couldn't come to an agreement.

They weren't happy with having to foot the bill for his six-day racing over winter either.
