I would definitely like there to be more sscx specific events, though i'm unsure how much of scene there is for it in the UK?
One easy possibility would be to have sscx racers compete in the normal race, but have a podium for them separately?

There's at least three SS CXers in the Yorkshire league of which I'm one and I'm already signed up for the Ripley Castle CX.
There's definitely some interest and I think you'll benefit from putting this in the Cross Race thread in the General section.
I'll ask around the regulars up at Temple Newsome this Sunday at the weekend and see what they say.

Hello LGSS, hope you don't mind an imposter!!!!
I am the organiser of http://www.ripleycastlecx.org.uk which is the biggest participation cx race next to the Three Peaks and National Champs. It is located at Ripley in North Yorkshire and takes place on New Years Day.
I am thinking of running a sscx race, and would like to hear your advice & comments.
