I think even being aware and mindful of the problem is helpful. There's plenty of good stuff out there online about men and feminism (remembering that feminism isn't about man bashing, but about equality for all), and what you can do.
Been wanting to post this comic for awhile, seems like as good a time as any!

I know. It's just difficult. I didn't mean to sound defeatist. I just mean it's not going away so I can't bury my head in the sand but at the same time it's wider cultural change that is needed and is obviously much harder to affect on a personal level
