  • Saw this one on 2dehands.be

  • But mine. Hopefully not for much longer as its for sale.

I dropped the chain hence the length as i was forced to shorten it and put in another missing link to get going. Pedals however no excuse .)

Color tends to vary a lot depending on light which i like about it:

Really like yours @johnnettles. Good job!

  • Always on the look out for a 55 or 56 Serotta ti if anyone decides to part with one..

  • Damn, just missed a Colorado with full DA 7400. Was sold before my nose for only 325 euro.

  • Nice bikes in here!

Here is my Seroota CSI from 2001. Full Campagnolo Record with nucleon wheels and Columbus Minimal Fork. Fitted with 28c Gatorksin for riding in fall.

  • Very cool but serious money.

  • Agreeably. Can't find any decent pics of yours @Dammit?

  • That's Herbs bike- he was riding it when we went out last. It is very nice.

  • Pronto. Love the oversized headtube on those.

  • Yes I want one , 56 please ;)

  • Never seen one for sale, think it was one of the last production frames they did. Seriously sexy!

  • My Coeur d' Acier:

And here it is at the midway coffee/cake stop last weekend.

    I love it.

  • My mate in Tokyo has an amazing Serotta. For some reason the forum isn't working for me right now but I'll upload shortly...

  • As promised...

  • in 1989, I was racing in South Africa and a guy rocked into the local bike shop (Linden Cycles) with this new bike he'd had made for him whilst he was in the US, a Serotta. I'd only really seen local bikes and the occasional Italian one imported, due to Apartheid restrictions but I was smitten. When he left the company, I thought i'd never really own one until I saw this frame pop up on here.

Thanks to the Pretorius guys, I've managed to fulfill a 25-year old dream to own and ride one, even with the necessary Chris King/Mavic Open Pro rims.

happiness. She's not perfect, but she is mine.

  • Nice atlanta!

My ex got away with this beauty, wonder if it gets to ride every now and then ?:)

  • That's a lovely colour!

  • Don't suppose anyone wants a Serotta pantographed Cinelli XA stem do they? 130mm. I'd keep it but I run a 120mm stem on my Colorado II.

  • There is an awesome Serotta CXII TT Titanium on eBay right now.
Buy it now at £975 (or best offers) with a set of HED3.
