Inspired by https://www.lfgss.com/conversations/245860/?offset=225#comment12498171 on Saturday I decided to follow Lea River from source to Thames. I'm not sure if I got lost or just missed the nice bits about this route. I sure will not be doing this again. The path was full of clueless riders taking up too much space and shouting, belling and whistling at everyone around them. This shared path thing diminishes the experience for both riders and walkers, and whoever came up with this idea should be made to wear crocks for the rest of their life. The only good thing about it is that it's down hill all the way to Limehouse.
