54cm benotto convereted to fixed great town bike

i have a 54cm benotto convereted to fixed. best bits are a brand new ultegra front brake, brooks colt saddle, brooks bar tape, new bb, 3 month old tyres, 1 mth old chain and has rear mudguard. currently with mini black wald basket too. not minty looking but rides superb.

I'm in hackney or goodge st or anywhere in between if this is of interest...

£275 as it is or could be made cheaper with cheaper parts.

could be £225 with basic shimano front brake, modern saddle and no pedals and basket
